When you request a quote we collect what you type into the form: the pest, your ZIP code, name, phone number, the city of the page you used, and any details you add. If you call, the call tracking service records the number you called from, the time and the length of the call.

Like most websites, our host records basic technical information such as IP address, browser and pages visited, for security and to understand which pages are useful.

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to see how visitors find the site, which pages lead to requests, and to show our ads to people who have visited before (remarketing). These tools use cookies, including advertising cookies set by Google, and send Google details such as the pages you view, your approximate location and device type. We never send Google your name, phone number or ZIP code. You can opt out of personalized ads at adssettings.google.com, opt out of Google Analytics with its browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), or block cookies in your browser.

We send your request to a licensed pest control company that serves your area so they can contact you about it by phone or text. We may also contact you to confirm your request or ask how it went.

We do not sell your information to data brokers or marketing lists, and we do not share it with more than one company per request unless you ask us to.

We keep requests for up to two years so we can answer questions about them and measure how well we are serving each area, then delete them.
